DISS I N OF MARRIAGE
This cau~e came on for trial the 6th day of January, 1978,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
~ should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND~ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLMER
~
i ~ 0. HOOVER, Husband, and MARJORIE P. PITCHFORD HOOVER, Wife,

~ be and the s ame is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
~
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
= heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

3 arising therefrom.
' . 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. The Wife, MARJORIE P. PITCHFORD
~ HOOVER, be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former

name of MARJORIE P. PITCHFORD, and to use the same in all

Y respects as if said marriage had not intervened.

3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby

~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassi~g or

annoying, the other. ~
= 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
' parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders

as may be proper. .
