if he is now occupying that residence or any part of it and in
the event he is not residing in that dwelling at the time a copy
of this Order is served uoon him or made known to him, to remain

away from that dwelling.
3. The Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida and the
Sheriffs of the State of Florida are hereby directed to enforce
the terms of this Order regarding the Husband being restrained
from entering the dwelling of the narties; and should such action
occur in the presence of that officer or any of the deputies of
the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, they are directed to take the
Husband into custody and bring hi~ before the Court. .
4. All matters of support, attorney's fees and suit
money pendente lite will be considered at any further hearing
of this cause at a time and date set by the parties after service

' of process and due notice.
~ S.Certified copy of this Order is to be served by any
; Sheriff of Florida on the Husband, DAVID E. SWARTZ,and a return

# showing service shall be made to this Court.
