in the sum of ~1,000.00 as exemplary and punitive damages.
3. That Plaintiff is entitled to ~udgment against the Defend~.nt
for his costs herein expended or incurred in the sum of ~84.50.
FURTHER, from all of the foregoing and by reason of said Law ~
and findings aforesaid; it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Plaintiff recover and have ~udgment
against the Defendant in the sum of $11,000.00 as compensatory and
punitive damages, with interest thereon at 696 per annum from date
hereof until paid, together with Plaintiff's costs and disbursements
incurred in this action amounting to the sum of ~84.50, ALL OF WHICH
- LET EXECUTION ISSUE.
DONE AND ORDERED in Saint Lucie County, Florida, this day
of January, 1978.
