No. 365753 in the Official Record of the Clerk, Circuit ~
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, KAYO OIL COMPANY, a
Delaware corporation, conveyed to SECOND STOKELY REALTY
CORPORATION, a Virginia corporation, certain real property
located in St. Lucie County, Florida. In such instrument, a
typographical error was made in describing the property

conveyed therein. This Correction Deed is being issued in
