1977, upon Defendants' Motion for a compulsory physical •
examination, and this Court having considered the merits
of said motion, having entertained argument of counsel ~
in support of their~respective positions, and having

~ otherwise been fully advised in the premises, it is,.

ORDERED AND ADJUDCED that Defendants' Motion for
a compulsory physical exam is hereby granted and that
Dr. Daniel Stalker in Stuart has been selected as court-
appointed physician for purposes of performing an independent
§ ~ medical examination of the Plaintiff. --5aid-examination is to
' be arranged at a time mutually convenient to the parties.
