Counsel and being otherwised duly adivsed in the premises, it

ORDERED AND ADJLJDGF..D as follows : ~ '
l. The Defendant, B.J. CONSTAUCTION COMPA?7Y, shall thirty
(30) days from the date of this order, answer the Plaintiff's
Interrogatories date8 Or.other 31, 1977 and Produce those documents
requested in the Request to Produce dated nctober 31, 1977 or
an Affidavit that the Defendant does not have the documents.~
2. That the Defendant, COTT027 STATE MIJTUAL LNSURANCE
COMPANY, shall, within thirty (30) days from the date of this
Order file their Answers to Plaintif.f'S Interrogatories dated
