THIS CAUSE, came on to be heard upon Defendant's Motion
to Dismiss, and Defendant's Motion to Quash the Plaintiff's ~

Complaint, and the Court having heard the arguments of respective
counsel for the parties, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it it thereupon: _
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Plaintiff's Complaint be and the same is hereby quashed
for inadequate service of process.
2. The Plaintiff's Complaint be and the same is hereby
dismissed for failure to attach thereto the Condominium Documents
suit upon.
' 3. The Plaintiff shall have fifteen (15) days from ~he date
of this Order~to file and serve and Amended Complaint.
DONE and ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, this
day of January, A.D., 1978.
