THIS CAUSE, came on to be heard without a jury. The Gourt
having heard the testimony of the witnesses, the respective ar-
guments of counsel and being otherwise further advised in the .
premises it is thereupon,
I, ORDERED and ADJUGED that:
1. The Plaintiffs, JAMES ROBERT JOHNSON and ROGER L. GAGNON,
d/b/a JOHNSON & GAGNON STANDARD SERVICE, recovers from the Defendant,
CLIMATIC CORPORATION OF FORT PIERCE, a Florida Corporation, the sum
of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-two Dollars and Thirty-nine
; Cents, ($2,972.39), with his cost in the sum of Forty Nine Dollars

; and Fifty-CenCs, ($49.50), for wh~ch let execution issue.

i 2. That the Plaintiffs~ JAMES ROBERT JOHNSON and ROGER L.

GAGNON, d/b/a JOHNSON ~ GAGNON STANDARD SERVICE, take nothing:by

' this action from the Defendant, THOMAS J. PHILLIPS and MARY LOU
PHTLLIPS, and that said defendants shall go hence without day.
3. All sums awarded under this judgment shall bear interest
at the legal rate from the date of this judgment.
