This cause having come on for hearing before the Court
on Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment and the Court ;

having considered the pleadings, depositions and exhibits `
filed herein and the Court having further considered argu-
ment by counsel for the plaintiff, SUN BANK OF FORT PIERCE,
and the De'fendant, HEALTHCO, INC., and it appearing to the
Court that as to the Plaintiff and said Defendant, there is
no genuine issue as to any material fact and the Court
having further ccsnsidered evidence as to reasonable attorneys'
fees and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it
is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's t4otion for
Summary Judgment as to the Defendant, HEALTHCO, INC., is
granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, SUN BANK OF
FORT PIERCE, have and recover of and from the Defendant,

and interest due on the.note sued upon herein and the further `
