hereof and for the payment of the costs of this suit, Plaintiff has
a lien upon the property covered and encumbered by the mortgage herein
foreclosed, which lien is superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the Defendant(s), or any of them, and if said
sums and costs are not paid forthwith, the property described in
and subject to the lien of said mortgage, that is to say:
