ORDER
This cause was heard on January 6, 1978 on the Wife's
Motion for Contempt, Added Motion for Contempt and Petition to
Terminate Stay, and both parties having appeared and having been _
represented by counsel and the Court having heard all of the testimony
and being advised in the prem:i.ses,

~ It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows: ~
1. The stay of the proceedings ordered December 5, 1977
; is hereby terminated and the Husband is directed to file his
i
j responsive pleadings to the Petition.

` 2. The Husband is adjudged guilty of willful contempt of
~ :
this Court for his failure to pay support payments as directed
by Paragraph two of the Order entered herein December 19, 1977. As
~ punishment for contempt, the Husband is hereby sentenced to serve
15 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida commencing
~ on the lOth day of January, 1978. _
~ PROVIDED, H(7WEVER, the Husband may purge himself (either =
~
~ before or after incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of
~
~ - $62 (arrears and costs) due by January 9, 1978 to the Clerk of the ;
~
~~i :
~ Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, together with costs of his arrest. ;

3. All and singular the sheriffs of the State of Florida are
