On the Petition of VIRGIL OSWALD for distribution of the assets
of the estate of JEANETTE VERRITT~ deceased, and for discharge as the
personal representative of said estate, the Court finding that the decedent
died on November 1. 1976; that the petitioner is the sole beneficiary of
the estate and has waived all accountings; that all creditors'~ claims have
been paid or are barred; and that the material allegations of the Petition
are true; it is hereby
ADJUDGED that the personal representative immediately distribute
the following property to VIRGIL OSWALD as the sole beneficiary of the ~
estate:
