ment of the Property, have the right to callect and ~etain such rents as they become due and payable.

receiver appointed hy a court to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to rollect the rents of the
Property, including those past due. All rents collected by the receiver shall be applied first to pa~~ment of the costs vf

twnds and reasonable attorney's fees, and thtn to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The receiver shall t+~ liahle to account

21. Future Adraocts. Upoa request by Borrower, I.ender, at [_ender t option within twenty yean f~am thc date of this
~tortgage, may make Future Advances to Borr~wer. Such Future Advances, with interest therec~n, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissury notes stating that said notcs are secured hereby. A1 no time shall the principal ,

which may be awarded by an appellate court.
