KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, TRIARD REALTY CORP., a Florida Corporation, hereinafter referred
to as the mortgagor, by Indenture of Mortgaqe bearing date ~he 21st day of Decemher,
1973, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Records Book 222, Page 918,
9ranted and conveyed unto S~. Lucie Investanents, Inc, which corporation subaequently
assigned said mortgage, by nssignment dated January 25, 2974, recorded in Official
Records Book 222, Page 918, granted and conveyed unto St. Lucie Inveatments, Inc.
which corporation subsequently assigned aaid mortgage, by assignment dated January 25,
1974, recorded in Official Records Book 224, Page 1959, Public Records, St. Lucie *
County, Florida, to Murray Abron as Trustee, hereinafter referred to as the mortgagee,
and his aaaiqna, the premises therein particularly deacribed, to aecure the payment
of the aum of ZS+lO HUNDRED NINETY-SEV~N THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX and 88/100
($297,236.88) DOLLARS, with intereat as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the successor of said mortgagor has requested the said mortgagee
to release the premises hereinaf ter described, being party of aaid mortgaged premiaes,
from the lien and operation of aaid mortgage; ~
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the aaid mortgage, in consideration of the
premiaea and of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considera-
tion, to him in hand paid by, or in behalf of, the said mortgagor at the time of
the execution hereof, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do remi.se, release,
quit-claim, exonerate and diacharqe from the lien and operntion of said mortgage unto
the said mortgagor, its succeasors, heirs and aasigns, that certain portion of the
premises conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly described as followa:
COMMENCING at the N.W. Corner of Section 32, Townahip 34 South, Range 40 EaSt,
St. Lucie County, Florida run Easterly along the North line of said Section 32, said
line also being the centerline of St. Lucie Boulevard to the N.E, corner of the N.W. 1/4 of
said Secti.on; thence run Southerly along the East line of said N.W. 1/4 a distance of
40 feet to a point on the South Right of Way of St. Lucie Boulevard; thence run
Westerly along aaid Right of Way parallel to the North Section line 884 feet, more or
less, to the Point of Beginning.
I~ From the P.O.B. continue Weaterly along the South Right of Way line of St. Lucie
Boulevard 124 feet, more or leas, to a point, thence run Southerly parallel to the
East ~ine of the N.W. 1/4 a distance of 2462 feet, more or lesa, to a point 125 feet North
of the South line of the N.W. 1/4; thence run Eaaterly, parallel to and 125 feet North
I of the South line of the N.W. 1/4 a distance of 224 feet more or less to a point;
thence run Northerly 2464 feet, more or leas, parallel to the East line of the N.W,
I/4 to the P.O.B.
