TIlIS WARRA~TY DEED made and executed the 29th day of December
A.D. 1977 by HIGtt POINT EQUITIES, INC., a corporation existing under
the laws of Florida, and having its principal place of business at
3100 South Federal Highway, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450,
hereinafter called the grantor, to Vincent R. Cardone and Evelyn
Cardone, his wife
whose post office address is 65-83 I60th Street, Flushing, New York
hereinafter called the grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the

Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor

; with all of the covenants, terms, conditions and provisions set
; forth and contained in the aforedescribed Declaration of Condominium ~
~ and the Grantee's obligation under the Long Term Lease: ~
~ This Deed is subject 'to the following:

~ 1. Taxes for the year 1977 and subsequent years.
~ 2. ,Applicable zoning ordinances and regulations.
~ 3. All the terms, conditions, provisions, covenants,
~ easements, liens and agreements of record or as

~ 4. That certain Long Term Lease recorded in Official
Records Book 226, Page 558 as amended by Official
~ Records Book 231, Page 2091 of the Public Records ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
` S. Any mortgage executed by Grantee encumbering said

Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anyway appertaining.

And the Grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it
is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good
