FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the ~ day of January, 1978,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
~ the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It

~ 1. DZSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: ~The marriage between DARLENE

~ HARMON WAUTERS and RALPH THEODORE WAUTERS, be and the same is

~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for-
~ ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~s 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement (stipulation)

~ admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference

" and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.

3. RESTORATION OF NAME. DARLENE HARMON WAUTERS be and she

is hereby authori2ed to assume her former name of DARLENE HARMON
~ and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
intervened.
