AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF DADE
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
BRUCE H. BENNETT, who after being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says:
I. That he is the duly appointed guardian of Ir~ne H. Bennett,
an incompetent in a Guordianship Proceedings presently pending in the Circuit
Court in and fa the Eleventh Judicial Cirwit in Dade County, Florida;
2. That the ward is the owner of certain property lying, situate
and being in St. Lucie County, Florido more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the intersection of the orth (ine of Section (8,
Section 36 South,Range 41 East, and the water's edge of Indian
River; thence run West (approoc. i023.2feet) along the Section
; line to the East line of the right-of-way of the F. E.C. Railway;
; thence southeasterly along said right-~~rnray line 101.15 feet;
' thence east parallel with said Section line (appraoc1021.5 feet)
; to the water's edge of Indian River; thence northwesterly along •
; said water's edge (approx. 98.4) to the point of beginning;
f sc~id (and also being described as Lot I of unrecorded piat of
~ Collins'Subdivision; less and excepting therefrom however, all
x right of woys for public rvads and easement for Intracoastal Waterways,
~ but including all riparian rights appurtenant a in anywise appertain-
; i ng to the land hereby conveyed .

~ 3. That the majority of the assets of the guardianship estate are
ti stocks owned by the ward at the time your afFiont was appointed guardian; that wid =

~ stocks were loaated in Dade County, Florida, save and except those secur•ities that
