come dellnquent or go into default,
2, The Borrowen agree that they will not~ without first procuring the oonsent in wziting of the said Bank here-

3, The Borrowers agree that they shall not have the ptivilege, nor will they sell. transfer. asstgn. hypothecate~ or
in anY manner whatever. dispose of the propercy~ or any intetest therein. owned by them. including speclfically, but
na hmited to. the following real estate situate~ to-wic: (Description of Property) From a concrete
monument 25 feet North of and 25 feet East of the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4
of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range
