St. Lucie CoUnty, Florida, in Official Records Book 234, at Page I 16, assigned to
Bank all of its right, title and interest in and to the rents and leases therein
descr i bed.
B. ComparYy has requested Bar~lc to release the rents and leases
hereinabove referred to from the lien and operation of said Conditional Assignment
of Rents and Leases. .
` NOW, TF-~REFORE, Bank, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
