EASEMI:NT
KVOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESEt~TS~ That the undersipned, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCF,
FLORIDA, A muricinal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey
and grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE FLORIDA for the use and
benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY the Privilege
and easement to construct an electric distribution line over and
across the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
, to ~vit:
A 10 foot wide easement being the South 10 feet, less the west
250 feet, and the west 10 feet of the east 158 feet,less and excepting
that area which is covered by a building. .
From the northwest corner of the northeast 1/4 of
Section 27, T35S, R40E, run west on the north line of said Section .
27, 152 feet to the easterly right of way line of U.S. No.l, thence
run south along said right of way line 750.25 feet to the point of
beginnin~, thence run east varallel to the north line of said
Section 27, 400 feet, thence run south parallel to the easterly
right of way line of U. S. No. 1, 471.75 feet, thence run west narallel
to the north line of said Section 27, 400 feet, thence run ''Iarth
471.75 feet to the point of beginning. less and excepting the area
covered by the existing building.
and to place such poles and attachments thereto, across and on
said land as may be necessary in the construction of said line,
~ including the right to trim, cut and keeo clear of said line all
; trees and limbs which may endanger the same, with the ri~ht to
~ go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary to con-
; truct, maintain and repair said line. No permanent structures
f shall be nlaced or installed on said easement.

~ CORRECTIVE INSTRUMENT: This Easement is executed and
~ recorded for the purpose of correcting that Easement dated
~ August 25, 1976 and executed by Peter C. Smith and William M. Gerold,
~ President and Vice President respectively of 3222 Center, Inc.,and
~ recorded in 0. R. Book 256, Page 1928 on the 26th day of August,1976;
which Easement was executed before the Grantors had ownership of
the property and also to correct said Easement by excepting the area
~ covered by the existing building.
~ The undersigned hereby ~ovenant and warrant that they own
~ the said land and have the right to grant this easement. _ ~
