` Now, 7herefore, This Indenture Witnesseth: That the
said Specia] Master in order to carry into effect the said sale
so made as aforesaid in pursuance of the said decree of the said
Circuit Court, i~n consideration of the premises and of tt~e said
` sum of $37,500.00 paid at the time of the execution hereof by the
said parties of the second part to the said Special Master, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained
and sold, aliened, released, conveyed and confir~ed and by these
presents do grant, bargain and seli, alien, release, convey and
