THIS MATTER having come on far hearing on November i

30, 1977, upon the Wife's Motions for Judgment, Contempt, if

!`s Additional Attorney's Fees and Costs and upon the Husband's ~

j~ Petition for Modification of that certain divorce decree

between the parties which has been established in Florida,

E • the Court having had the benefit of testimony, argument of
I counsel and bein otherwise full advised in the ,
~ , g y premises,

~ finds as follows: ~

; l. That the Husband, Robert W. Mayer, is in contempt ~
i ~
! of this Court due to his failure to p~y alimony to the Wife,
i
' Marion M. Mayer pursuant to this Court's prior orders, it
I ~
i ~
~ appearing that he has been financially able to comply with i
' 1!
said Orders, however, the Court in its discretion chooses ~

not to impose any sanctions. 4
2. That the Wife is presently employed as a Clerk ~

earning approximately $91.00 weekly and is therefore nearly j
~i self-sufficient.

3. That the Life Insurance Policies required to be ~
~

maintained under the divorce decree herein, have a present

; cash value of approximately $7,000.00 according to the 4
~
representations of the Husband. It is also noted that the
` Young & Rubicam Group Insurance Policy in the face amount of
