finds him to be in contempt, however, it declines to impose

3. That the Wife's Motion for Attorney's Fees and Costs
is hereby reserved and will be entertained at a later date. ~
4. That the Husband's Petition to Modify the divorce I

decree herein is granted upan substantial change of circum- '

the Wife's entitlement to alimony to $25.00 per month for }

S. That the Husband's Petition for Modification is also ~

to cash in any and all such policies within 60 days from date.i
I and use the proceeds to satisfy his outstanding arrearage ~

to the Wife for accrued alimony payments. The nroceeds of ~
the Insurance Policies shall be applied first to that portion ~

of arrearage which has not previously been the subject of ~

Judgment and levy. i
