corporation, dated December 1, 1977, filed December 5, 1977, and ~

recorded in Official Records Book 278, Page 648, St. Lucie County,-;-

Florida, public records, in the principal sum of THIRTY-ONE ti
THOUSAND AND 00/100 -----($31,OQ0.04) DOLLARS.
WHEREAS, C. WILLIAM PINCKNEY and BERNICE A. PINCKNEY, hi~ +

wife, have prepaid the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND 00/100 , ;
' ($15,000.00) DOLLARS on said mortgage, thereby reducing the f
principal amount of said Mortgage to the sum of SIXTEEN THOUSAND
AND OQ/100 ---($16,000.00) DOLLARS;
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: ~
; l. The interest on the unpaid balance shall remain at

2. The payments shall be reduced to the monthly sum of ~
