The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above estate, ~

l. The decedent, ALICE JACQUELINE MILLAR, a resident of St. Lucie ~

;County, Florida, died on January 8, 1471, and Letter of Administration were ;

- ~!issued to Petitioner on March 25, 1977.
2. Petitioner has published Notice of Administration and the time '
~ for filing claims has expired. Petytioner has fully administered this estate
;
:by making payment, settiement or other disposition of all c]aims and debts
~that were presented and by paying or making provision for the payment of all ±
- expenses of administration.
3. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with ,

` the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida 'and t~as obtained and filed
~ .
with this Court a Non-taxable Certificate from the Sfate of Florida. No
'~Estate Tax Return was req~ired to be filed with the Internal Revenue Service.
4. The amount of attorneys' fees paid to Smith, Heath, Smith &
0'Haire as attorneys for the Personal Representative is Five Hundred and
00/100 Dollars ($500.00).
, 5. Petitioner files herewith a Receipt of Beneficiary, Waiver
~of Accounting, and Consent to Discharge made by Jacqueline Miliar Billman.
Petitioner also files herewith the receip~ of Helen R. DeFriest. There are
no other interested persons.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered discharging
Petitioner as the Personal Representative of this estate. Release of security
is not required because no bond was p~sted. ~ _
