The amount of attorneys' fees paid to Smith, Heath, Smith & 0'Haire as attorneys for the Personal Representative is Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($500.00). , 5. Petitioner files herewith a Receipt of Beneficiary, Waiver ~of Accounting, and Consent to Discharge made by Jacqueline Miliar Billman. Petitioner also files herewith the receip~ of Helen R. DeFriest. There are no other interested persons. ; WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered discharging Petitioner as the Personal Representative of this estate.
