For and in consideration of the.sum of $10.00 and other

valuable consideration to him in hand this day paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged by Central Bank and Trust Company by Jack
Saltzman, Trustee, hereby releases Wabasso Sand and Development Company
and the property hereinafter described from a certain contract filed in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.-Lucie County~ Florida,
on January 16, 1976 in 0. R. Book 247, page 2283-2284.
Said property described as follows: ~

Kellem's subdivision, according to the plat thereof ;
in Plat Book 3, Page 85, St. Lucie County, Florida.
Thence run North along the West boundry of U.S.
Highway ~~1 180 feet to a ~oint thence West 200 feet
.to a point. Thence run South parallel to the West
Boundary of U.S. Highway ~~1, 180 feet to a point.
Thence run East 200 feet to noint of beginning.
