WNEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission
after halding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hQa~•iny and all properLy
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing t?as
recominended Lo the Board of County Coimnissioners of St. Lucie
County that the hereinafter described requests for changes ,
in zoning classification be APPROVED, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Comn~issioners held a public hearing
on January 10, 1978 after first publ~ishing notice of said hearing in
the News Tribune on December 16 and December 23, 1977 respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVEO by the Board of County Commissioners
of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this lOth day of
January, 1978 as follows:
1. That the zoning of the following described property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
