DISSOLUTION OF M~tRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is
thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between NANCY CURCIO
DUNSHEE and JON S. DUNSHEE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever.freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore ezisting between them and from the obligations
~ arising therefrom.

; 2. RESTORAT! ON OF NAME. NANCY CURCIO DUNSHEE be and she is hereby

~ authorized to assume her former name of NANCY CURCIO and to use the same
~ in aLl respects as if said marriage had not intervened.

~ 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
~ restrained from interferin with harassin or anno in the other.

. 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
~ is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
