YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the
above named Plaintiff against the above named defendant on the

the following described real property situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 14, Block 9, of HARMONY HEIGHTS ~4,-a snbdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9,
page 71, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose that
certain indenture of mortgage dated February 20, 1976, from
Kenneth C. MacNeill and Janice O. MacNeill, his wife, to Harris
Construction Corporation, a Florida corporation, which said indenture
of mortgage is recorded in O. R. Book 249 at page 194 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. _
You will therefore govern yourselves accordingly.
