This cause came on for trial the 25th day of January, 197$, ;

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of tne parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of hushand and ~
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon i

ORDERED AND ADJUDGID as follo~ws :
~ 1. The marr iage between JAMES F. HESLER, SR. , and PATRICIA
A. HESLER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

each of them are hereby forever f reed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. The Court awards to the Wife,. PATic~CIArA. HESLER, a
lump sum alimony award in the sum of One Hundred and Ten Thousand
Dollars ($110,000.00) payable by the Husband, JAMES F. HESLER, SR.,
in the manner following: commencing the 3rd day of February, 1978
JAMES F. HESLER, SR. shall pay to PATRICIA A. HESLER the sum af
Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) each and every month until the full
sum of One Hundred and Ten Thousand Dollars ($110,000.00) in lump
sum alimony has been paid in full. ~ ;
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
