and by him remitted promptly to PATRICIA A. HESLER whose mailing
address is 25 Seminole. Apartment 203, Stuart, Florida 33494. In
auui~~:,r. there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order
is in effect.
3. The Court awards to the Wife, PATRICIA A. HESLER, as
further lump sum alimony the interest of the Husband, JAMES F.
HESLER, SR., in and to the 1976 Monte Carlo automobile now in the
possession of the Wife. Within ten (10; days from the date of this
Final Judgment the Husband, JAMES F. HESLER, SR., shall execute the
appropriate instruments transferring to the Wife, PATRICIA A. HESLER,
a 11 of his right, title and interest in and to the 1976 Monte Carlo
automobile. In-the event however the Husband fails to execute such
instruments within said ten (10) day period then this Final Judgment
shall act as and be a transfer of the Husband's interest in and to
the said 1976 Monte Carl~ automobile to the Wife.
4. The Wife, PATRICIA A. HESLER, is the sole owner and
entitled to the possession of all the furniture and furnishings now
in storage in Kansas City, Missouri with the ABC Storage Company.
The Husband, JAMES F. HESLER, SR., is ordered to execute any
necessary instrument or instruments conveying his interest in and
to the said furniture and furnishings to the Wife, PATRICIA A. HESLER,
within ten (10) days from the date of this Final Judgment. In the
event the Husband fails to execute such instrument or instruments
conveying his interest in and to the furniture and furnishings
