THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing this 26th day of January, 1978,
with the wife having appeared with counsel and a default having been
entered against the husband for failure to file or serve any answer or
pleading as required by law. And the Court having given full consider-
ation to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
~urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the
relations of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. That the marriage between ARCHF~R T.FF
~
' PLUNII~R and BEATRICE PLUNII~ER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
~ -
f the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds ~
~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~
~ arising therefrom. .
~ 2. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. Commencing the 27th day of January, 1978,
~
~ the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Thirty-five Dollars (S35•~)
~ each and every week as rehabilitative alimony for a period of three (3)
~ years. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of thi~ Court and by
~
~
~ him remitted promptly to BEATRICE PLUNII~R. In addition there is hereby
~ ~ .

" assessed the sum of ~2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
~
~ made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
~
s cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of o~

~ this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all ~

~ times while this order is in effect. q

~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of th is cause, and the parties hereto
~ is retained for the entry of such futher orders as may be proper.
