This matter coming on to be heard on the 12th day of

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: ~
1. The Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Defen-
dants, SILCO OF FORT PIERCE, INC. and JOSEPH COHEN, individually,
as to Count II of the Amended Complaint is hereby granted.
2. Ruling is reserved on the Motion of SILCO OF FORT
PIERCE, INC., for a Summary Judgment as to Count I of the Amended
Complaint. ~
3. Rulings are reserved as to the motions of SILCO OF
FORT PIERCE, INC. and JOSEPH COHEN, individually, for Summary
Judgment against the Third Party Defendant insurance companies
an Count I of the Defendants' Third Party Complaint. .
