WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County
St. LuCie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the bud
thru a donation from the St. Lucie County School Board for softball batting cage
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners,
in meeting assembled this 8th day of May, 2001, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d),
are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-01, and the County's budget is
