Upon rcquest by Borrower, t.cnder, at l.ender's option within twenty years from the date of this MortEase, may make Futurc Advances to Borrowe~. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortaage whrn evidenc~ed by promissory notes stating that said notes are ~ecured hereby.
