FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on for consideration upon Plaintiff's
Motion for Entry of Final Judgment, and it appearing to the
Court that a Default was duly and regularly entered against
the above named Defendants, and the Plaintiff having filed
an Affidavit and Exhibit herein as proof of the sum due, and
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, NEW JERSEY
NATIONAL BANK, a United States banking corporation, does
have, receive and recover from the Defendants, MICHAEL
BREEN and JANET BREEN, his wife, jointly, severally,and by ~
the entireties , the sum ot<Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety
Six and 50/100 Dollars ($2796.50), plus interest in the sum
of Seventy and 34/100 Dollars ($70.34), plus Forty Two
Dollars ($42.00)Court costs, making a total of Two Thousand
Nine Hundred Eight and 84/100 Dollars ($2908.84), for all of
which let Execution issue forthwith.
DONE and ORD RED at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this ~ day o£ January 97 .
