BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
WILLIAM J. BOSSO , well known to me to be the President
of the ATLANTIS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation
not for profit, and he acknowledged before me that he did, as such
officer, execute the foregoing Certificate of Amendment and that the
execution of said Certificate of Amendment is the act and deed of the
said corporation, and that the same was ~xecuted for the uses and
purposes therein expressed.
