THIS AMENDMENT, made this Zsth day of Janua~ , 1978, by
the ATLANTIS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not
for profit, hereinafter called the "Association", for itself, its
successors, grantees and assigns.
W I T N E S S E T H:
~VHEREAS, the Association deems it necessary to amend ARTICLE X.

B. 1, by the addition of certain language, which Article presently
reads as follows: -
"l. Casualty. All buildings and improvements upon the
land shall be insured in an amount equal to the
maximum insurance replacement value, excluding
foundation and excavation costs, and all personal
property included in the common elements sha11 be
insured for its value, all as determined annually ~
by the Board of Directors of the Association. Such ~
coverage shall afford protection against:" '
and by the addition of a sub-paragraph "c". 3

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the Association
:
does hereby amend the Declaration of Condominiuin to e£fect of record
the changes in ARTICLE X. B. l., as hereinafter set forth:
