The following cases are consolidated for administrative
purposes, Bankruptcy Case Nos. 76-1128 through 76-1140.
At a continued meeting of creditors held on December 16,

1977, the debtor in each of the foregoing cases consented to ~
adjudication. Accordingly, the debtor is adjudicated bankrupt in
each of the foregoing cases.
W.C. Herrell, Receiver, who has previously been elected
standby trustee, is appointed trustee and his bond is fixed at
$500,000.
