THIS INDENTURE, made this ~1p'! day of c,s- , 1978.
between CHARLES E. AULTMAN and SHIRLEY J. AULTMAN, (Grantor) as
grantor, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, for the use and benefit
of FORT PIERCE UTILITY AUTHORITY, a mun~cipal corporation of the
. State of Florida, (Grantee) as grantee.
WITIJESSETH :
A. Whereas, Grantor is the owner in fee of a tract of land
in the City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, and State of
Florida. which tract of land is described as follows:
From the intersection of the East right-of-way line for
U. S. Highway No. One and the North line of Section 27,
Township 35 South~ Range 40 East, Saint Lucie County,
Florida (said line being 152 feet West of the Northeast corner
of the Northwest ~ of said Section 27), run East along
the North line of said Section 27, 400 feet, thence run
South O1°O6'48" East parallel with U. S. Highway No. Orie,
825.15 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run East
964.02 feet to a point, said point being the beginning
of a curve concave Northeasterly; thence run along said
curve having-a radius of 215.00 feet, a central angle of .
54°27'OS" and an arc distance of 204.33 feet to a point;
thenee run East 170.00 feet to a point, said point being
the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly; then run
along said curve having a radius of 215.00 feet, a central
angle of 54°27'OS" and an arc distance of 204.33 feet to a
point; thence run East 846.34 feet; thence run South 02°54'22"
East, 220.24 feet; thence run West~~1,936.99 feet; thence
run South O1°06'48" East, 176.85 feet;thence run West, -
400.00 feet; thence run North O1°06'48" West, 396.85 feet
to the Point of Beginning. AII lying in Saint Lucie County,
Florida.
B. Whereas, Grantor has requested Grantee to install and
maintain, or cause to be installed or maintained, any and all
electric facilities now or hereafter located within a portion
of said land described above; and
C. ~Jhereas, Grantee will maintain the electrical facili-
ties at its sole cost and expense; and
D. Whereas, Grantee is desirous of obtaining a right of
ingress and egress for its maintenance of the above facilities, r
in accordance with all appZicable local, state and national codes
and regulations.
