herein, Grantor does hereby grant to Grantee, for such period of
time as it may require the use of the premises the non-exclusive
right and privilege to enter upon the above premises (1) to insta2l
and maintain underground wires, conduits, and cables for electric '
transmission and distribution, and the necessary appurtenances above
and underground for such lines; (2) to keep clear al~l over- and
underground obstructions which interfere with the main~enance of
said facilities; (3) to attain ingress and egress for the purpose ;

of exercising the rights and privileges herein granted, over,
across, under and through the certain parcels of land delineated f
in yellow crayon on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part '
hereof.
-Grantor, by execution and delivery hereof to Grantee, and
Grantee, by acceptance hereof, agree as follows:
1. Grantee shall have the right to inspect and repair the
facilities, together with the rights and privileges
necessary and convenient thereto.
2. Grantor shaZl not utilize the area in which the faci-
lities are located in any way or manner which would
(1) create a dangerous condition with respect to the
facilities, or (2) create any interference with the
repair and safe maintenance therof, or (3) not meet
recognized standards of engineering practices and pro
cedures.
3. Grantor and Grantee each covenant to indemnify and hold
harmless the other for and from any and all damages and ?
injuries, whether to persons or porperty, resulting
from any means whatsoever if caused by its interference,
fault neg~i~ciz~e w~~h t::~ faci~i~~~~ and/or.from
interference, fault or negligence with the facilities =
by its agents or,employees.
4. Should Grantee fail for any reasonable period of time
to exercise the rights herein granted or, if Grantor
shall cease using the subject property as a mobile home
park, or otherwise terminates it's use of the subject ~
facilities, then, at the election of Grantor, all rights =
and privileges hereunder shall cease and the rights ~
and privileges herein granted shall revert to the Grantor. ~

S. Grantor covenants that~it has the right to grant this ~
permit and that Grantee shall have quiet and peaceful
possession~ use and enjoyment of the same.
All covenants, terms~ provisions and conditions hereof shall
