On this day before me, the undersigned officer duly
authorized in the State and County aforesaid to administer oaths
and take acknowledgments, personally appeared HERBERT WAYNE
HARRISON who upon first being duly sworn upon his oath deposes
and says:
• 1. My name is HE*_tBERT WAYNE HARRISON; my address is
160 S. E. 12th Street, Vero Beach,_ Florida.
2. I am the son of HERBERT C. HARRISON, who died on
March 22, 1973, and VIRGINIA B. HARRISOrI, who died on September
19, 1977.
3. I know of my own knowledge that said HERBERT C. HARRISON
and VIRGZNIA B. HARRISON owned the following described real
. property as husband and wife until the death of HERBERT C. HAI3RISON,
to-wit: .
Lots 73 and 74, Parkway Place, a subdivision
in the City of Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County,
Florida.
4. Said HERBERT C. HPRRISON and VIRGINIA B. HARRISON
were married to each other in Fort Pierce, Florida, on Avril 7,
1933, and remained so married to each other until the death of
HFRB~'RT C. HARRISON on March 22, 1973.
