The Promissory Note and I~brtgage dated November 11, 1975, °

BANK, in the principal ama~nt of 53,976.05 and recorded November 19,
1975, in Official Records Book 245, Page 2913-2916 of the public ;
records of St. Lucie Coimty, Florida is mociified as follows: `
Wf-~REAS, the parties to this Note and Mortgage desire to .
modify or amend the Note and I?brtgage to increase the principal amoimt
to 56,800.00, payable in 47 equal monthly installments of ~175.00
begi.nning November 20, 1977, with interest thereon at the rate of _
10$ per annwn from date hereof, with a balloon payment on the 48th
payment of the balance due. `

it is agreed as follows:
