AMENDMENT TO ADDENDUM TO LEASE AND
ADDENDUM TO ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on February 1, 1977, a certain Addendum ~
To Lease was made and entered into by Second Stokely Realty

Corporation, a Virginia corporation, as Lessor, and Continental
Oil Company, a Delaware corporation, as Lessee, which Addendum

the Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, on February 1, 1977, a certain Addendum
To Assignment Of Rents Agreement was made and entered into
by Second Stokely Realty Corporation, a Virginia corporation,
as Assignor, and Bankers Trust Company, a New York trust
company, as Assignee, which Addendum To Assignment Of Rents

Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, each of the above mentaoned Addendums
contains a typographical error in the property description
contained therein; therefore, this Amendment is being made
for the sole purpose of correcting the description of the
property which was intended to be covered by the above
mentioned Addendums.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration
the property description contained in the Addendum To Lease
and the Addendum To Assignment Of Rents Agreement referred
to above shall be amended to read as follows:
(PROPERTY DESCRi~LD IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED)
In all other respects the terms and provisions of
said Addendum to Lease and Addendum to Assignment of Rents
Agreement shall be unchanged and shall remain in full force
and effect.
