All being in Unit 3 of MARAVILLA GARD~NS as per plat
thereof Qn file in Plat Book 6 at page 62 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT HOWEVER, to all rights of way for public roads
and electric transmission and distribution lines and
being specifically subject to that certain conveyance
of the East 10 feet of the above described parcels to
the City of Fort Pierce for the laying and maintaining
of water mains and other utilities as contained in quit
claim deed dated November 8_, 1939, recorded in Deed Book
76 at page 472 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

Unit No. Three (3), according to plat in Plat Book 6, Page
62, Public Records of St, Lucie, Florida, and being more
particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in
the Northern line of the South Fifty (50) feet of Lot One
Hundred Eighty-three (183), said point being One Hundred
Fifty-three (153) feet Westwardly from U. S. Highway No. One
(1) and being in the Northern line of a tract conveyed to
Kayo, Inc., by deed dated August 6, 1952, and recorded in
Office of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, Clerk's
File No. 24066; running thence Westwardly along said line
and said line extended, Nine Hundred Fifty-nine (959) feet
to a point; thence Southwardly at right angles, Two Hundred
Eighty-eight (288) feet to a point; thence Eastwardly Eight
Hundred ~aelve (812) feet to a point; thence Northwardly at
right angZes, Fifty (50) feet to a point; thence Eastwardly
at right angles, One Hundred Forty-seven (147) feet to a
point; thence Northwardly at right angles, Two Hundred
Thirty-eight (238) feet to the point of beginning.
