requested the said FIRST FEDcR'+: SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter des~ribed, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mort-
gage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRS7 FEOERAL SAVI?JGS AND IOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one doliar and other good and valuable con-
sideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acicnowledged, does remise, relase, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
Atlantic Condominiums Incorporated, a Florida corporation,
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, 6eing a part oF the premises conveyerl by said
morigage, to-wit:

CONDOMINIUMS, PHASE II, according to the Declaration
of Condominium and all exhibits thereto dated May 13, ~

County, F'lorida, together with all of its appurten-
ances according to said Decl~rat~ion of Condominium
