Declaration of Condominium and all of its exhibits, and alI
of the tenements, hereditaments and other appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

apartment and including the air conditionin~ unit serving
said apartment.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to tre foll~wing:
l. The pravisions of the Declaration, including all
exhibits and alI rules, regulations, contracts and leases
affecting the property made by Island House Owners Association,
the nonprofit corporation responsible for the operation of the
condominium.
2. The easements provided for in the Declaration or its
, exhibits or in the Condominium Act of the State of Florida,
Chapter 711, Florida Statutes, 1971.
3. Restrictions, reservations and easements of public
record.
4. Such zoning and other restrictions upon the use of ~j
