and CITIZEP~S FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA. a corporation with main offices in Fort Pierce,
Florida, second party, and S. Elizabeth Davis,- a single adult, .
and Elaine Schneiderman, a single adult, third party, and Bernice
C. Sterk, the unremarried surviving spouse of Joseph M. Sterk, de-
ceased. a/k/a Joseph Sterk, fourth party.
k~ITN~SSETH:
That whereas, on January 20, A.D., 1973, third parties being
indebted to second pa~ty in the sum of Twenty-Two Thousand Nine
Hundred Dollars ($22,900.00), did make, execute and deliver unto
second party a certain promissory note and mortgage deed securing
the same, said mortgage encumbering property situate in St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 60, S~UTH PORT ST. LUCIE,UNIT S, according
• to the plat thereof on file as recorded in Plat Book 14,
F'age 12C, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~

which mortgage is of record in 0. R. Book 210 at page 1521 of the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and

WHEREAS, there is now unpaid on said promissory note, the
~ principal sum of lfaenty-one Thousand, Two Hundred Nineteen Dollars
and Eighty-four Cents ($21,219.84) which includes interest to
that date, and
WHEREAS, first parties have purchased said property from fourth
party; that said fourth party, together with her husband, Joseph M.
Sterk, asswned the obligation of the mortgage in that certain War-
~ ranty Deed dated April 2, 1977, as recorded in 0. R. Book 225 at

~ page 2885 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that

~ as part of the consideration for the purchase of said property the
