Freestandinq Attraction Siqn
Furnish necessary labor and materials to fabricate and install one
(1) double faced freestanding sign as shown on design #~00176.
The design consists of three sign sections, the structure, foundation
and a catwalk for installing changeable letters. The overall height
of the display will be 29'3" and it will be 14' wide.
The top section is irregularly shaped as shown and is 7' x 9' over-
all. It is fabricated of 10" wide heavy anodized aluminum primed
and enamel coated. The faces are pan formed of 3/I6"~clear acrylic
plastic with the copy applied to the inside or second surface using
our highest quality acrylic enamels. Exact color and layout will be
as per approved design. Illumination will be by eight (8) 72" day-
light high output lamps powered by tw~o (2) sign baZlasts. This
section is bolted to the top of the structure.
The center section is 4' x 12' with irregular corners to forn~ the top
and bottom trim. The casing is fabricated of 10" wide heavy ano-
dized aluminum extrusion and is primed and enamel coated.
The faces are pan formed of 3/16" white pigmented acrylic pZastic
and have tracks attached for acceptance of four (4) rows of 8" "PRONTO"
type changeable letters. Illumination is by tw~elve (12) 48" daylight
high output lamps powered by three (3) sign ballasts. This section
makes up the center of the display.
The bottom section is 1'~' x 12' with an arrow head on one end. This ~
cabinet is fabricated of .040 aluminum and is primed and enamel
coated. The plexiglas portion of this section has faces pan formed
of 1/8" clear acrylic plastic with the copy applied to the inside or
second surface using our highest quality acrylic enamels.
