I, BOYCE H. EIDSON, of Broward County, State of Florida,
d~ hereby make, publish and deciare this instrument to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and aIl Wills
and Codicils heretoEore made by me.
FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative_to pay all
of my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses of my last
illness as soon as practicable.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my proper-
ty, real, personal and mixed, to my brother, CHARLIE W. EIDSON.
THIRD: I make, nominate and appoint my brother, CHAR-
LIE W. EIDSON, as my Personal Representative. My Personal Rep-
resentative shall not be required to post bond or give other
security for the faithful performance of their duties in any
jurisdiction. - ~
FOURTH:' My duly appointed Personal Representative shall
have all the powers conferred by law rel~tive to the adminis-
tration of my estate and the power:
(1) To sell real property, or tangible and intang-
ible personal-property.
(2) To compromise or adjust claims or demands in
favor of or against my estate.
(3) To make full or partial distribution and divi-
sion of my estate in cash or in kind or partly in cash and
partly in kind.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I hereunto set my hand and seal to
this my Last Will and Testament this ~Z.l~ day of January,
1977.
